  Average service. Usually go for lunch and there is a wait for fresh pizza for the buffet. They put out some odd pizzas for the buffet. No iced tea during the winter. Experience really depends on who is waiting on you.

  A horrible experience. Should have known enough to walk out when the first thing the waitress did was warn us that she'd try to get everything right. We were the only customers in the place, but somehow our wings took 30 minutes and the pizza came 30 minutes later. By the time the pizza came out, there was another couple sitting at a table, and the waitress had to ask both tables which one of us ordered the pizza with pepperoni and "stuff" on it. We eventually just wanted to get out of there, and had to come up to the front to get a box to pack our own leftovers into.......and then ask for the bill. There was almost no tip for the waitress and somehow she didn't seem surprised. I felt like telling her to think of finding a different job because waitressing seems beyond her. I avoid Pizza Hut at the best of times, but for the sake of convenience (we're at a nearby hotel) I figured we'd give it a chance. Not again. At least not this location. To be blunt.......there MUST be better options in Cooperstown. Dont do it.

  As all pizza huts are this one was quite dated but the pizza was fine
