What can I say about Council Rock??? In short a pleasant surprise and a true treat!! If you are in the Cooperstown area and want something that pleases you they do a good job giving you just that. This experience doesn't even include the service ....The gentleman who served us (Kyle) was good at what he does and he knew how to give us a satisfactory dine in the experience. All and all for a non local I definitely will be back here on my next trip to the area.
